trendIQ service is offered to all local MNOs subscribers. The subscription will be free for the first day, and after the free trial day, the subscription will automatically convert to "paid" at a cost of $0.25 daily. Subscribers will be notified of the renewal process if it is successful, and a link to access the "trendIQ" website will be sent, through which subscribers can follow daily global football news and results.

4. Terms of Use
All subscribers acknowledge that they have read and fully understood these terms and conditions, available to everyone at https://trendiq.serveo.net.
Consent to receive SMS messages related to the “trendIQ” service from the service provider on their mobile phones.
Receipt of advertising messages and offers via SMS from the service provider or any other company dealing with the service provider.
The service provider reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer and the terms and conditions, and in case of any change, it will be published on the service website https://trendiq.serveo.net.
In case of a dispute concerning the terms and conditions, behavior, results, and all other matters related to the service, arbitration will be sought according to the laws in force within the local state, and the service provider is the primary responsible for any violations related to the content.
This agreement is effective, enforceable, and binding on both parties as long as this offer is valid, except for force majeure circumstances that prevent its continued implementation.
5. Participation in the Service
Any subscriber with local mobile network operators, provided that they are a neutral party. Employees of the organizing entity, their partners during the service period, as well as their relatives up to the fourth degree and spouses, are not eligible to participate in the service.
If the winner is a minor, they must bring their legal guardian on the day of the prize delivery, with identity proof and a certificate proving they are the legal guardian.
For legal entities (for example, if the mobile phone line owner is a company, whether private or public), only the persons authorized to sign can receive the prize, provided that proof of this is brought.
By participating in the service, participants undertake that all provided information is true, valid, and complete.
6. Availability and Ease of Accessing Information and Withdrawal Mechanism
All information regarding the service is available to service participants at https://trendiq.serveo.net.
Each subscriber can exit the service or stop receiving any information about it by sending 0 to the number (55555), and subscribers can resubscribe by sending 1 to the number (55555).
In case the service ends, the organizing entity will announce the end of the service on the official service website https://trendiq.serveo.net.
The organizing entity, reserves the right during the service period to add or cancel any of the interactive numbers (codes) without prior notice. In case of cancellation of any interactive number, the points of all subscribers who subscribed via the interactive numbers will be saved.
Interruption or early termination of the service does not exempt the organizing entity from its obligation to deliver the prizes already won by contestants and perform other required procedures. This excludes cases where the interruption or end of the contest is due to events beyond the control of the contest's organizing entity.
The organizing entity is not permitted to release any personal information about the participants to any other party unless required by law or to comply with government bodies in local country.
The organizing entity reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or any other form of communication with the contestants except as consistent with the terms and conditions or according to current legislation in local country.
7. Rules for Subscribing to "trendIQ"
To subscribe to the service, the subscriber must send a short text message containing the number 1 to the interactive number (55555).
Registered subscribers to the service will receive a free welcome message via the service number (55555) informing the user of the duration of the free period (one day), the cost of the subscription, how to leave the service, and a link to the "trendIQ" website.
The cost of the subscription service is deducted daily at a rate of $0.25. Upon successful renewal of the subscription, subscribers to the subscription service will receive a link to the "trendIQ" web application, allowing them to browse the latest football news.
The cost of all messages sent to the code (55555) is free.
8. Responsibilities
The service provider is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or communication line failure when it is not entirely under their control, for example, but not limited to.
The service provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service whenever necessary (for example, for maintenance or updates), and the service provider undertakes to restore the service as soon as possible after any temporary suspension.
Subscribers agree that their participation in this service is at their own risk and decision, and they were not forced to participate in this service in any way.
The service provider, or any of its directors, employees, agents, or suppliers do not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any of the service participants or as a result of accepting what the service offers.
9. Governing Law
In case of any dispute, participants can submit their complaints to the service provider via email info@trendiq.serveo.net, and complaints will be considered according to the laws in force within the local country.
